Keyboard and mouse:
WASD - fly around
Left click - fire primary weapon
Right click - fire secondary weapon
Scroll - zoom in and out
M - Minimap shortcut -- double press it is a shortcut to the universe map, or you can scroll even further out
Escape - Pause game
Controller:
Left stick - fly around
Right stick - aim
Left bumpers - fire primary weapon
Right bumpers - fire secondary weapon
DPad - zoom in and out
Back button - Map -- double press it is a shortcut to the universe map, or you can zoom even further out

If you're using the web version I'm afraid saving and loading doesn't work between reloads of the webpage so I don't recommenced relying on the feature! Hope you still enjoy the game nevertheless!
It should work great for the downloaded Windows version though so if that's an option I definitely recommend it!
